Using the Agenda Assistant for Daily Summaries
Overview
The Agenda Assistant is a valuable tool designed to keep you informed about important activities in your database with a daily email summary. This feature helps you stay on top of scheduled items like appointments, To-Dos, and special events. Additionally, you can include information from your Saved Searches to monitor key metrics, such as new contacts added to your database. You can customize what information is included, who receives the daily email, and at what time it is sent.
How to configure the Agenda Assistant
1. Navigate to the Agenda Assistant. Hover over the Automation menu and click on Agenda Assistant.
2. Enable and Customize Your Settings. On the Agenda Assistant page, you will see several options to configure your daily email.
- Click the checkbox to Enable Agenda Assistant.
- Choose the information you want to receive, such as Appointments, To-Dos, Overdue To-Dos, and Special Events. You can also select your Saved Searches to include in the summary.
- Enter one or more email addresses in the "Where to send it" field.
- Select your preferred time of day for the email to be sent from the dropdown menu.
