Reset Bounced Opt-Ins for a User

If you have a user that needs to have all of their contacts with a Bounced Opt-In email status reset to an Unknown status, follow the steps below.

1. From your Accounts list, locate the account you want and click on the name/email to access the Account Details screen.


2. Click the Reset Bounced Opt-Ins.


3. Click the Confirm window and you will see a confirmation that the Contact Emails are now an Unknown Opt-In Status.
