Recovering Deleted Contacts for a user

If one of your user's deletes contacts that they want to retrieve, follow these steps to recover the contacts demographics. The demographics include all data that is included in an exported file.

Note

Only the contact demographics can be restored. The contact notes, to-do's, appointments, attachments, Autoresponders, Special Events, Related Contacts, Deals and Referrals are not included in the recovery.

 

1. From your Admin Interface, log into the user's account.

 

2. Change the end of the URL to be ExportedFiles.aspx.

In AllClients, the URL is https://www.allclients.com/ExportedFiles.aspx. Your will be https://YOURDOMAIN.com/ExportedFiles.aspx.

 

3. Click to Download the file that you want to recover.

 

4. Once you have downloaded the file, import the file from Settings, Import Data and import the contacts.
