You have the option of renaming some of the features of our existing system. This will help customize your version of our system. Below is a list of the features you can rename.
To rename a feature, just email our support team and we will make the change for you.
We will not rename these features in our pre-recorded help videos. If you are using our help videos, it will be confusing to your users if things are on the screen in the video, but not in the system. We do not recommend re-naming features if you use our videos.
Appointments (used to be Calendar)
Group Actions (used to be ClientTouch)
Tags (used to be Flags)
Dashboard (used to be Home)
Text and Voice (used to be VoiceTouch)
Workflows (used to be Action Sets)
