For each domain used by your White Label CRM, please add the following webhooks (we do this step for you in our initial set up but it is good to know):

Delivered Messages

Dropped Messages

(none)

 

Hard Bounces

For each domain used by your White Label CRM, please ensure the following Tracking Settings are enabled for the domain:

Click Tracking:   ON

Open Tracking:  ON

Unsubscribes:  OFF
