How the Default accounts work
The default accounts look like any other account, however it is powerful and strong! Be careful when you are in these accounts.
The Settings in the default accounts will copy their values into new accounts that you set up in your Control Panel. See the steps below to see what is and what isn't copied into a customer account.
You may have multiple Default Accounts to have custom settings based on the type of accounts you are creating (Groups). We use the Master (Blank) Default Acct to copy and create the other default accounts. Do not use the Master (Blank) Default Acct for your defaults, create another account for your defaults.

- To-Do Plans (See Note 3)
These custom setting are NOT copied to your customer accounts:

Once the user account is created, you can still create content for those users. Any Emails, Letters, Landing Pages, Autoresponders, To-Do Plans or Action Sets* you create in the defaults account will be immediately available to your users through their Samples Drop Down menu.
* Samples libraries for Autoresponders, To-Do Plans and Workflows create multiple library entries and thus are optional configurations and must be turned on to work in your accounts.
Note 1 (Workflows):
If you were to create a new Workflow in the defaults Account after the user account was created, that Workflow will appear in the user’s Samples area. If the user were to click on that Workflow to add it to their Settings Library, the Workflow steps along with all of the Workflow content (emails, categories, etc…) will be copied into the user’s system.
If the content already exists, it will not be duplicated.
If a Workflow with the exact same name already exists, you will not be able to download a copy of that plan from the Samples drop down.
Workflows will not include the Completion Assistant on an Autoresponder.
Note 2 (Autoresponders):
If you were to create a new Autoresponder Sequence in the defaults Account, after the user account was created, that Autoresponder will appear in the user’s Samples area. If the user were to click on that Autoresponder to add it to their Settings Library, the Autoresponder Sequence along with all of the related emails will be copied into the user’s system. If the content already exists, it will not be duplicated.
If an email with the exact same name already exists, that email is used in the campaign. Even if the subject line is different and the content of the body is different.
If there is already an Autoresponder that matches the one you are downloading, it will make a duplicate. If the content is the same or not. You can download the same Autoresponder multiple times into one account.
If you are logged in as an Administrator and bring an Autoresponder down from Samples, it will create the Email Templates in the Owner's account since they "own" Autoresponders.
Power Users can access and manage their own Autoresponders and Email Templates.
Note 3 (To-Do Plans):
If an email or letter template with the same name already exists, it does not copy the template and uses that one instead.
If there is already a To Do Plan that matches the one you are downloading, it will make a duplicate. If the content is the same or not. You can download the same To Do Plan multiple times into one account.
