Account Licensing

There are 3 types of Accounts: Default Accounts, Test Accounts and a Communications Account. Here is how they are licensed for use.

Default Accounts

Default accounts will be unlimited and not count as Active or Test Accounts. There is no charge for Default Accounts.

In order to count as a default account, it must be in the group:  My Default Accounts.

Default Account Uses

Default Accounts will have a screen alert that this is an unlicensed Default Account on all screens when in use. Default Accounts are for transferring Settings and Templates to new user accounts and are not designed to be used with Contacts.


   

Test Accounts

You will be allowed to have 10 Test Accounts at no charge.

Test Accounts Uses

Test Accounts can only be used for demo, training, or developer testing only. Use of Test Accounts for any other purposes is prohibited. Test Accounts may not be used by your clients at any time.


 

Communications Account

The Communications Account does not count as a Test or Active (paying account). You will have one Communications Account. There is no charge for the Communications Account. 

Communications Account Uses

The Communications Account will sync all of your user account data every night. Use this account to communicate with your users and track your users status.
