Add Email Templates to a Default Account
A Default Account will allow all users in the Group to access templates that are that Default Account. To add Email Templates from an XML file, sign into your Default Account and follow these steps:
1. Go to Settings, then Email Templates.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Import.
3. Choose the file you want to import and click Continue.
4. Pick the Templates you want to Import and Click Complete Import.
You will now have these templates in your Default Account. Users will see these templates when they click the Samples drop down in the top right of the Email Templates page, or when they click Add Email Template.
