Print Letter from Deal

If you have the account configuration on, you can print a letter from a Deal.

1. Set up the Deal Fields and capture the Custom Field Codes.

Custom Fields merge codes will be on each section of the Deal. They will need to be copied and pasted into the Letter to be used for merging.

2. Create your Letter Template and the Merge Codes.

3. Go to the Deal to Print the letter.

Make sure to confirm all Deal details before printing. Also, a contact must be associated with the Deal for the Letter to Merge Correctly.

4. The Letter Window Preview will open, select the Letter and Print.
