Identify and Overcome Browser Issues

If you are having trouble viewing or editing in the system, the issue might be related to your browser. The first thing we need to do is identify if it is an issue with your browser, then we can resolve the issue.

Identify browser issues:

  1. Try a different browser on your computer. We recommend Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Firefox.
  2. Try using your browser in an Incognito mode with no extensions.
  3. Try using a different computer or mobile device. Connect through another network.

Overcome browser issues:

Once you have determined the browser is causing the issue, you will want to follow these suggestions to overcome the issue.

  1. Reset your browser zoom setting to ensure you are not zoomed in or out.
  2. Ensure you are using the latest version of your browser and operating system. Check for updates.
  3. Clear your cache.
  4. Confirm that cookies and javascript are enabled in your browser. You can go to this site to confirm your browser set up: https://www.whatsmybrowser.org/
  5. Disable browser extensions that might be interfering with your access, such as Ad Blockers, Security Extensions, etc. If possible, add our site to the extension's Whitelist or disable the extension for our site.
  6. Restart your router, modem or gateway to clear its cache. Refer to your provider's instructions for how to do this.
  7. If you have done everything recommended so far and are still having an issue, go to this site: https://www.whatsmybrowser.org/ and copy the URL and email our support team the link so we can see your set up and help further.
  8. If this doesn't work, you will want to reinstall your browser. Erase the existing user profile and start from scratch.
