Copy a Contact

If you have a contact with much of the same information as another contact, you can copy the original contact to create the new contact.

1. Go to the Contact you want to copy. Use the Actions dropdown and choose Copy Contact.

2. Confirm the copy and click OK.

All contact data will be copied. The copy of the contact will contain (Copy) in the Last Name field to identify the copy.

3. Edit the contact with the new contact name and information and Save.

4. Work with the new contact.
