Register Your 10DLC with Twilio

All text messages sent to US phone numbers from unregistered 10DLC phone numbers will be blocked. To learn more, you can review this information direct from Twilio:

To register your phone number, you will want to go to your Twilio account and select Messaging. It may be easiest to pin this option for easy reference.


Under Messaging, you will want to go to Regulatory Compliance. You will want to first set up your Brand.

Click Register a Brand.

Complete the Brand Submission Form with your personal details. We do recommend you select the Sole Proprietor Brand for sending less than 3,000 emails a day.

Once your brand is approved, you can Register a Campaign. Below are the registration section by section with our tips.

Select your Brand. Yours will have your company name or your name.


Your A2P Campaign use cases will be Low Volume Mixed.

Choose Create New Messaging Service.

Describe your Campaign. Include Sample Messages.

Make sure your campaign matches your brand. You will also want to include opt-out language in your sample messages.


Sample Campaign Description

This campaign will be used to follow up with customers that have opted in to receive messages. Texts will include but are not limited to appointment reminders, confirmations, as well as marketing drips.


Sample Messages

Message #1 Hi {NAME}, I sent you the Seller Guide you requested from me. Could you just let me know you got it? Thanks Reply STOP to opt-out.

Message #2 Good morning, just confirming that I will be stopping by your house today at {TIME} to drop off your packet. I'm looking forward to seeing you! Reply STOP to opt-out.


Opt-In Description

You will want to put your campaign consent information here. You can customize your own Landing Page, be sure to add your Brand details to your Landing Page. Contact Support if you need assistance setting this up.


Sample consent to receive messages:

Opt-in occurs when a customer or prospect requests information by texting START to (INSERT YOUR NUMBER HERE).
