Overview
If you forgot your password, you can easily request that a reset link be emailed to your account's sign in email address.

How to Reset Your Password
1. Go to the Sign-In Page
- Open the system’s login page in your web browser.
- Click the Forgot Password? link below the login fields.
2. Enter Your Email Address
Type the email address associated with your account.
- Click Submit or Send Reset Link.
Make sure you use the email you normally use to sign in.
3. Check Your Email
- Look for the password reset email from the system.
- Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it.
4. Click the Reset Link
- Open the email and click the link provided.
- This link will take you to a secure page to set a new password.
5. Create a New Password
- Enter your new password.
- Confirm it if prompted.
- Click Save or Reset Password.
Choose a strong password that is easy for you to remember but hard for others to guess.
6. Sign In with Your New Password
- Return to the login page.
- Enter your email and your new password to access your account.

Q: I didn’t receive the password reset email. What should I do?
A: Check your spam or junk folder. Make sure you used the correct email address. If needed, wait a few minutes and try again.
Q: What email should I use for the reset?
A: Always use the email address linked to your system account.
Q: The reset link expired. What now?
A: Simply request a new password reset link by repeating the steps.
Q: How long does the reset link work?
A: Typically, reset links are valid for a limited time (often a few hours). Use it as soon as possible.
Q: Can I reset my password on the mobile app?
A: Yes. Tap Forgot Password? on the app’s login screen and follow similar steps.
Q: Can support reset my password for me?
A: No. For security reasons, support cannot see or change your password. You’ll always use the reset process.
Q: How can I choose a secure password?
A: Use at least 8 characters, with uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using personal details or common words.
Q: Can the Password Reset work for Team Users?
A: No. To reset a password for a team member, have the account owner or administrator reset the password in Team Settings.

This video will help you get back into the system.
Here on the login screen you can go straight to the ‘forgot your password’ link.
You’ll put in your email address, check the box to prove you are not a robot, and then click here.
Now check your inbox for an email from us that will have a one time password reset link.
That link will take you to this screen, and you can now select a new password, confirm it, and then click Save.
Now you’re back in the system and you can go back to work.
