How to Get Help
At AllClients, we believe that if you need a manual to learn a product, then it was not designed to be intuitive and user-friendly. We work tirelessly to make and keep the product self explanatory. However, somethings you just need a bit more clarification. We provide support that is easily accessible for those times you need a little help.
Use the ? icon in the bottom right of every page to access our help.
We have 2 types of help here. Answers and Ask.
Answers
Answers will give you access to our Knowledge Base. Articles will give you step-by-step instructions and hold your hand through a process. These may also include a short video.
Articles shown will be the most frequently accessed help articles regarding the page you on. You can search for different subjects using the bottom search bar.
Select the article you want to access. It will show you the article in the help widget.
Click the Article headline to expand the view to full screen.
Access further documents using the expanded page. There will be a list of Categories and a Search to the left of the page that will help you identify further articles to review.
Ask
Ask will give you access to our Support Team. You will reach someone who not only knows the product inside and out, but also has years of experience helping small businesses implement it. You will be able to chat live with us during business hours. You can also choose to send us an email. Email questions are answered within 24 hours.
