Work with Contacts Marked Inactive

When you mark contacts as Inactive, you can no longer include them in Group Actions.


When you need to work with Inactive Contacts, you can manually adjust your URL like this:


For an individual, change your URL to: https://www.allclients.com/clienttouch.aspx?Inactive=Add


For a team, change your URL to: https://www.allclients.com/clienttouch.aspx?Inactive=AddTeam


These are the things you can do with the group from Group Actions:


Use Group Edit if you want to remove the Inactive option from the contacts.
