Export a Workflow to Import into Another Account

You can copy and move the structure of a Workflow from one account to another. This moves the steps, and timing, but does not include the library items (email template, Tag, Text Template, etc).

This is the Workflow we are going to copy.

1. From the edit screen of a Workflow, click Export As Template.

2. Use the Copy to Clipboard button to copy the Workflow code.

3. Go to the account you want to add the want to add the Workflow to. Click Add Workflow.

4. Click Import from Template.

5. Paste the export code and then click Import.

6. Edit your template to include Library items. Your Workflow template will look like this:
