Search for a Contact by Email Address
If you know a contact's email address and you want to find them quickly, use the search bar at the top.
From anywhere within the system, you will have access to the top search icon.
1. Add all or part of the email address in your search box and hit enter.
If you enter the entire email address and there is only one match, it will take you directly to that contact.
If there is not an exact match it will take you a screen with contact options matching your search.
2. It will start looking for a name match. If you want to see the Email matches, click the Emails link.
3. You will see an Advanced Search with all of your contacts that match your search criteria, click the contact to go to that contact record.
Other option: Enter the search field, followed by a colon and then the search term. In this example, we can type email:ray* for the field is email and the value starts with ray. This will take us right to the page shown in step 3 above.
