Personalizing your account with your company logo and branding creates a professional, cohesive experience for you and your team. You can replace the default logo that appears in the top-left corner of every screen with your own company logo, making the system truly your own. This customization appears throughout the entire platform, ensuring your brand is consistently represented across all areas of your account.


The logo customization feature allows you to upload your company logo in various formats and automatically optimizes it for display across different screen sizes and devices. Once uploaded, your logo will appear in the top-left corner of every page, replacing the default system logo and giving your account a professional, branded appearance.

Important: This option is available in the Elite and Enterprise plans.


Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Navigate to the Customize Settings

Hover over your Profile Picture Menu in the top-right corner of any page and select Customize.

2. Access the Logo Customization

On the Customize page, locate and click the Logo option. This feature allows you to "Replace the logo on the top left of every screen with your logo."

3. Upload Your Company Logo

Click the upload button or drag and drop your logo file into the designated area. The system accepts common image formats including PNG or JPG files.

Important: Maximum image upload size is 50 KB. For best results, use a high-resolution logo that will look crisp on all devices.

4. Crop and Position Your Logo

Use the cropping tool to select the optimal area of your image. Adjust the yellow selection box to frame your logo properly, ensuring it will display clearly in the top-left corner of your screens.

5. Apply and Save Your Changes

Click Apply Changes to process your logo, then Save to confirm your customization. Your new logo will immediately appear in the top-left corner of all screens.

6. Verify Your Logo Display

Navigate to different areas of your account to confirm your logo appears consistently throughout the system. Your branding should now be visible on every page.

Note: If you need to resize your logo after uploading, you can return to the Logo customization settings and upload a new version or adjust the cropping area.

A: If you don't upload a custom logo, the default system logo will continue to appear in the top-left corner of all screens.

A: For optimal display quality, especially on high-resolution screens, upload a logo that's at least 300 pixels wide. The system will automatically resize it as needed while maintaining image quality.
