How to Send Your Done-For-You Newsletter

Before you can send emails, you need:
A completed Mail Merge Profile (see Setup: Mail Merge Profile)
A configured email sending domain (see Setup: Email Sending Domain)

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Navigate to the Done-For-You Newsletter
Click Automation in the main menu, then click the Done-For-You Newsletter.
The Done-For-You Newsletter page opens, displaying your pre-written newsletter ready to send.

2. Review Your Newsletter
The preview screen displays your newsletter on the right side. Scroll up and down to review the content. The newsletter is pre-written with professional, relevant content that's ready to send.
This step ensures you're comfortable with the content before sending it to your entire database.

3. Customize the Merge Template (Optional)
If you want to personalize the greeting or other merge fields, you can change the merge template. When you do, the newsletter will update dynamically to reflect your changes.

4. Open Group Actions
In the Send Your Newsletter section, click Open Group Actions.
This opens the contact selection interface where you'll choose who receives the newsletter.

5. Select Your Entire Database
Click Add Everyone to select all contacts in your database. This ensures you reach clients, prospects, and colleagues—maximizing your visibility and engagement.

6. Send the Email Blast
Click Email Blast, then select the current month's newsletter from the list. Click Send Blast Now.
