Search for Contacts That Have Been Marked Inactive

You can mark your contacts that you do not want to include in ClientTouch as Inactive. This will exclude them from future mailings, etc.

Here are the steps to filter all of the contacts that have been marked Inactive.

1. Click Contacts and Advanced Search.

 

2. In the first search drop down select Inactive - you will need to scroll a little bit.

 

3. In the second drop down, select box is checked.

 

4. Click Search.
