Why This Matters

The system defaults to the Month/Day/Year format (mm/dd/yyyy) used in the United States. If you're located in a region that uses Day/Month/Year format (dd/mm/yyyy), you'll want to configure this setting during initial setup so dates display correctly throughout your account. This affects how you see dates in contacts, campaigns, appointments, and reports.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Open Your Account Settings

Hover over your profile picture in the upper right corner and click Account Settings.

This is where you configure preferences that apply across your entire account.


2. Select Your Date Format

Find the date format dropdown, change it from mm/dd/yyyy (US) to dd/mm/yyyy, then click Save.

Your selection takes effect immediately and applies to all dates displayed throughout the system.
