How to Validate Email Addresses

Email Addresses must be validated to send email through AllClients. Here are three of the most important reasons to validate your email addresses:

Use ClientTouch to validate email addresses for a group of contacts. You can do this after importing or before a blast.

The red Alert triangle next to the Email Blast will remind you to validate your email addresses before sending a blast.

 

Individual Contacts may be validated in the Email Info Box.

Click the Email Address on a contact to open the Email Info Box. The validation status will show on this pop-up and if the email needs to validated, you can click the validate button here.

 

Landing Page submissions will automatically have their email addresses validated.

As the submission comes in, the email is validated before automatically starting the actions assigned by the Landing Page.

 

Workflows will automatically validate your email addresses.

If you are automatically adding a contact from another lead source through a Workflow Trigger, your contact will automatically have their email address validated.
