Follow Up on Calls to Your Messages with a Text
When someone calls your Messages system, you can follow up with a Workflow that includes Text Messages.
Set up your Extension so that it triggers a Workflow, using this process: https://help.allclients.com/article/123-automate-your-workflow-within-messages-extensions.
1. Create your Workflow and set the first step to Opt-in the contact in for texting.
2. Add as workflow steps the text follow up, or series of texts, you want to send to your contact.
3. You can include other things you would like to include, like Source, Flags, notifications or other options.
