Follow Up on Calls to Your Messages with a Text
When someone calls your Messages system, you can follow up with a Workflow that includes Text Messages.
Set up your Extension so that it triggers a Workflow, using this process: Automate Your Workflow Within Messages.
1. Create your Workflow and set the first step to Opt-in the contact in for texting.

2. Add as workflow steps the text follow up, or series of texts, you want to send to your contact.
