Why This Matters

Your CRM now includes a set of AI-powered tools that help you write better emails, create newsletters, and develop content faster than ever before. Instead of staring at a blank page, you describe what you want and the AI produces a professional draft in seconds — one you can refine, adjust, and make your own.

All AI tools live under the AI menu in the main navigation bar.

What's in the AI Menu

The AI menu gives you access to six areas:

  • AI Dashboard — Your home base for AI. See your credit balance, review recent activity, and launch any AI tool from one place.
  • AI Writer — Write and refine email or letter drafts using AI. Choose your purpose and tone, generate a draft, then refine it with a full set of editing tools.
  • AI Newsletter — Generate complete newsletter articles and images tailored to your audience and industry.
  • Writing Voice Settings — Teach the AI to write in your personal style by providing writing samples. Once set up, you can apply your voice to any AI-generated draft.
  • AI Usage Report — See a history of every AI action taken on your account, including credits used.
  • Buy Credit Pack — Purchase additional AI credits when you need more than your monthly allotment.

How AI Credits Work

Every AI action uses credits. Your billing plan includes a fresh batch of credits on the 1st of every month. If you need more, you can purchase credit packs at any time — purchased credits never expire.

Questions and Answers

Q: Do I have to use all the AI tools?

A: No. Each tool works independently. You can use just the AI Writer for emails, just the AI Newsletter for monthly content, or any combination that fits your workflow.


Q: Can my team members use AI tools too?

A: Yes, if they've been granted AI Features access in their team member settings. All team members with access share the same credit pool.


Q: Where do I go if I run out of credits?

A: Go to AI menu → Buy Credit Pack. You can also click the "Buy More" link that appears on any AI page when your balance is low.
