How to Use the AI Usage Report

Why This Matters

The AI Usage Report tells you exactly where your credits went. Every AI action, what it cost, and who on your team ran it.

Use it to understand your usage, work out how many credits you actually need each month, and see what the expensive things are before they surprise you.

Open it from AI, then AI Usage Report.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Choose a Date Range

The report opens on the current month. Use the Date Range dropdown to look at a different period. You can choose Today, Yesterday, This Month, Last Month, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, or Last 90 Days.

The summary and the activity log both update as soon as you change it.

Step 2: Read the Summary

Two numbers sit at the top. Total AI Generations is how many AI actions were taken in the period. Credits Used is what they cost altogether.

These two numbers together tell you your average cost per action, which is the fastest way to spot whether something expensive is quietly eating your balance.

Step 3: Read the Activity Log

Below the summary, every AI action appears as its own row, with the date and time it happened, what was done, who did it, and the exact credits it used.

The action names tell you which tool was involved, such as AI Writer, AI Email Template Builder, AI Landing Page Builder, or AI Workflow Builder. This is the only place in the system where you can see what a particular Builder run actually cost.

Step 4: Use What You Find

If you keep running low before the month is out, this report tells you why.

Look for the big numbers first. Image generation is the most expensive action in the system, and the Builders cost several times what a simple text draft does. A handful of Builder runs adds up faster than a hundred quick email drafts.

Questions and Answers

Q: Can I see my team members' activity?

A: Account owners and team leaders see everyone's activity. Regular team members see only their own.

Q: How far back does the report go?

A: The longest range available is the last 90 days.

Q: Why does the report show credits instead of dollars?

A: Credits are the unit the system runs on. Dollars only enter the picture when you buy a credit pack, and that is shown on the Buy AI Credits page.

Q: The report is empty. Why?

A: Either no AI actions happened in the date range you picked, or you are a team member and none of your own actions fall in that range. Try widening the date range.

Q: What did that Builder run cost me?

A: Find it in the activity log. The credits used column shows the exact figure for every action, which is more precise than any estimate.
