How to Buy AI Credits

Why This Matters

Your monthly credits cover ordinary AI use, but a heavy month can outrun them. Generating newsletter images, running the Builders, or sharing AI across a team all move faster than you expect.

Credit packs fill the gap. They never expire, so buying more than you need this month is never wasted.

Before You Begin

Only the account owner can purchase credit packs. If you are a team member and the account needs more credits, ask your account owner to buy them.

Your account also needs a valid credit card on file. If your card needs updating, you can do that during checkout.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open the Buy AI Credits Page

Go to AI, then Buy AI Credits. You can also click Buy More Credits from the credit badge at the top of any AI page, or from the AI Credits panel on the AI Dashboard.

Step 2: Choose a Pack

Several pack sizes are offered, and the larger ones cost less per credit. Current sizes and prices are shown on the page.

Your existing purchased credit balance is displayed here too, so you can see what you already have before deciding how much to add.

Step 3: Check Out

Click Checkout. A confirmation screen shows the pack you chose, the total, and the last four digits of the card on file.

If you need to use a different card, click Update My Card on File before completing the purchase.

Step 4: Complete the Purchase

Click Complete Purchase. Your credits are added immediately and appear in your balance right away.

Remember that purchased credits are used only after your monthly allotment runs out. If you still have monthly credits left, your new pack sits in reserve until they are gone.

💡 Purchased credits never expire, but they are not refundable. Buy what you need without worrying about a deadline, and buy it knowing the money is spent.

Questions and Answers

Q: I don't see the option to buy credits. Why?

A: Only the account owner can purchase credit packs. If you are a team member, contact your account owner.

Q: Can I get a refund on credits I didn't use?

A: No. Credits are not refundable. They never expire, though, so unused credits stay on your account until you need them.

Q: Can I buy more than one pack?

A: Yes. Return to the page as many times as you like. Each purchase adds to your existing balance.

Q: Which card gets charged?

A: The card on file for your account. The last four digits are shown on the confirmation screen before you complete the purchase, and you can update the card from there if you need to.

Q: Will my new credits get used right away?

A: Only if your monthly credits are already gone. The system always spends your monthly allotment first.
