How to Buy AI Credits
Why This Matters
Your monthly credits cover most everyday AI usage, but if you're generating newsletter images, doing heavy email drafting, or sharing AI access with a team, you may need more. Credit packs are available any time and never expire, so you can stock up without worrying about waste.
Before You Begin
- Only the account owner can purchase credit packs. If you are a team member, contact your account owner to request a purchase.
- Your account must have a valid credit card on file. If you need to update your billing information, do that first in your account settings.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Go to the Buy Credits Page
Navigate to AI → Buy Credit Pack in the main navigation bar. You can also click the Buy More link on the AI Credits status bar at the top of any AI page.
Step 2: Select a Credit Pack
Choose from four pack options based on how many additional credits you need. Larger packs offer a better rate per credit.

Your current purchased credit balance is shown on this page so you can see what you already have before buying more.
Step 3: Checkout
Click Checkout. A confirmation screen appears showing the pack details, the total price, and the last four digits of the card on file. Review the details and click Complete Purchase to finalize.
Step 4: Start Using Your Credits
Credits are added to your account immediately after purchase. They appear in your balance on the AI Credits status bar and the AI Dashboard. Your new credits will only be used after your monthly allotment runs out.
Questions and Answers
Q: I don't see a Buy Credit Pack option — why not?
A: The purchase option is only available to the account owner. If you are a team member, you will see a message directing you to contact your team leader instead.
Q: Can I get a refund on purchased credits?
A: No. Purchased credits are non-refundable. However, they never expire, so any unused credits remain on your account indefinitely.
Q: Can I buy multiple packs at once?
A: You can return to the Buy Credits page as many times as you need. Each purchase adds to your existing balance.
Q: What card will be charged?
A: The card currently on file for your account. The last four digits are shown on the confirmation screen before you complete the purchase. If you need to update your card, use the link on the confirmation screen to go to your billing settings first.
