About: The AI Dashboard

Why This Matters

The AI Dashboard is where everything AI comes together. It shows what your credit balance is and how it breaks down, gives you a launch point for every AI tool, explains what things cost, and keeps a running log of what has been done on your account.

If you are not sure where to start with AI, start here.

Open it from AI, then AI Dashboard.

Your Credits

The AI Credits panel shows your available balance as a single large number, with a progress bar and a Buy More Credits button.

Below it, Account Status breaks that number apart so you can see where it comes from. It shows your billing plan, how many monthly credits your plan includes, how many of those you have used, how many are left, how many purchased credits you have remaining, and your total available credits.

The distinction matters because monthly credits reset on the 1st and purchased credits never expire. Seeing them separately tells you whether you are running low this month or actually running out.

How AI Credits Work

Below Account Status is a panel that expands to explain the whole credit system: what each plan includes every month, what the credit packs cost, roughly what each type of AI action costs, and about how much AI usage a month's credits buys you.

This is the most reliable place to check what something costs, because it always reflects current pricing. Costs shift as AI models change, and this panel changes with them.

The AI Tools Panel

Every AI tool is here, grouped by what it does.

AI Builders holds the three tools that build things for you: the AI Email Template Builder, the AI Landing Page Builder, and the AI Workflow Builder.

Writing Tools holds the AI Writer, the AI Newsletter, and Writing Voice Settings.

Credits and Usage holds the AI Usage Report and Buy AI Credits.

Each one has a short description, so you can tell at a glance what you are about to open.

Recent Activity

The Recent Activity panel lists the last ten AI actions taken on the account, showing when each one happened, what it was, and who did it.

What you see depends on who you are. Account owners and team leaders see activity from everyone on the team. Regular team members see only their own.

For anything more than a quick glance, including credit costs per action and a date range you control, use the AI Usage Report.

The Credit Badge

A small badge sits in the top right corner of every AI page, not just this one. It shows your current balance so you always know where you stand while you work, and it includes links to buy more credits and to return to the AI Dashboard.

The Home Page Widget

You can add an AI Credits widget to your home page dashboard from the widget panel. It shows your available balance the moment you log in, without having to open the AI Dashboard at all.

Questions and Answers

Q: Can I see what my team members are doing with AI?

A: Account owners and team leaders see all team activity, both in Recent Activity and in the AI Usage Report. Regular team members see only their own.

Q: My available credits are high but my monthly credits are almost gone. What does that mean?

A: It means you are living off purchased credits. Your monthly allotment for this month is nearly used up, and the balance you are seeing is a credit pack. Your monthly credits come back on the 1st.

Q: Where do I find the most detailed view of my AI activity?

A: The AI Usage Report. Recent Activity shows the last ten actions. The Usage Report shows everything, with credit costs and a date range you choose.

Q: Can I get to the AI Dashboard from anywhere?

A: From any AI page, yes. The credit badge in the top right corner includes a link back to it. From elsewhere in the system, use AI, then AI Dashboard.
