About: The AI Dashboard

Why This Matters

The AI Dashboard is your home base for everything AI-related. It gives you a real-time view of your credit balance, a quick-launch panel for every AI tool, and a running log of recent AI activity on your account. Whether you want to check how many credits you have left, jump into a tool, or see what your team has been working on, the AI Dashboard is the place to start.

Access it anytime from AI → AI Dashboard in the main navigation bar.

What's on the Dashboard

The AI Dashboard is organized into three main areas.

Credits and Account Status (Left Column)

AI Credits A large display showing your current available credit balance with a progress bar indicating what percentage of your monthly allotment remains. A Buy More Credits button links directly to the purchase page.

Account Status A breakdown of your credit situation at a glance:

Billing Plan	Your current plan name
Monthly Free Credits Included	How many credits your plan provides each month
Monthly Free Credits Used	How many monthly credits you've used so far this month
Monthly Free Credits Remaining	What's left of your monthly allotment
Paid Credits Remaining	Any purchased credits still on your account
Available Credits	Your total usable credits (monthly remaining + paid remaining)

AI Tools (Right Column)

Quick-launch links to every AI tool — AI Writer, AI Newsletter, Writing Voice Settings, Usage Report, and Buy Credit Pack. Each link includes a short description so you always know what you're jumping into.

Recent Activity (Right Column)

A log of the last 10 AI actions taken on the account, showing the date and time, a description of the action, and the name of the user who performed it.

What you can see in Recent Activity depends on your role:

Account owners and team leaders see activity from all team members
Regular team members see only their own activity

If no AI activity has occurred yet, the panel displays a prompt to try the AI Writer.

The AI Credits Status Bar

A small status bar appears in the top-right corner of every AI page — not just the Dashboard. It shows your current credit balance at a glance and changes color based on how many credits you have remaining relative to your monthly allotment.

Color	Condition
Green	More than 50% of monthly credits remaining
Amber	Between 10% and 50% remaining
Red	Less than 10% remaining

The status bar also includes quick links to Buy More credits and back to the AI Dashboard from any AI page.

You can add an AI Credits widget to your home page dashboard. It shows your available credit balance as a large bold number and links directly to the AI Dashboard when clicked. To add it, use the Add Widget panel on your home page.

Questions and Answers

Q: Can I see what my team members are doing with AI?

A: Account owners and team leaders can see all team member activity in the Recent Activity panel and the full AI Usage Report. Regular team members see only their own activity.

Q: The status bar is red — what does that mean?

A: Red means you have less than 10% of your monthly credits remaining. You can still use AI tools until the balance reaches zero, but it's a good time to consider purchasing a credit pack or waiting for your monthly reset on the 1st.

Q: Where is the most detailed view of my AI activity?

A: The Recent Activity panel on the Dashboard shows the last 10 actions. For a complete history with date filtering and per-action credit costs, use the AI Usage Report accessible from AI → AI Usage Report.

Q: Can I access the AI Dashboard from anywhere in the system?

A: Yes. The AI Credits status bar in the top-right corner of every AI page includes an AI Dashboard link. You can also navigate directly from AI → AI Dashboard at any time.
